No striations in antennae suggesting not Garrha (genus). Possibly Heliocausta (genus). Looks not dissimilar to 'Heliocausta undescribed species'.

see additional photo, The antennae are somewhat out of focus unfortunately. However there appears to be striations on this specimen, so it might be a Garrha
