I still think it is Faveria tritalis. It has the long forward pointing palps. Tightly rolled wings of this type of Pyralid and antennae held along its back. Dash surrounded by white in correct position on forewing. Dotted line along termen, with a partial parallel line in from this, then another // line of dots.
