Gastrodia? Submitted on behalf of Rosie. Long, slender, brown stalk with single conical head with what appears to be, pre-emerging, white flower tips.

Looks like Gastrodia procera. The developing flower spike in G. sesamoides curves like a candy cane whereas it is straight in G. procera.
