Philobota calamaea? If so most other sightings online seem to be from the North Coast of NSW.

I was certain looking at it that it was not a Philobota (tucked under head looked wrong) BUT

OK, P. cretacea is a much better fit. Looking online, there seems to a lot of variation in the species.
