What would you do if you saw it Wendy? Would you catch it to get a better photo?

@KMcCue Hi Kevin, I always carry small plastic containers: The larger round one you can get in a pack of six from the $2 shops. If you can catch the bug in that it can be easier to get better photos. Be careful however, as beetles have a tendancy to drop so you need to have the container ready underneath it just in case. I also try to take a photo in situ before trying to catch it. I've had too many of them simply drop and disappear before I could get a photo - even without trying to catch it.
