I think so Mike; first I thought it is only the subspecies that occurs in the area; however, some years ago someone id-ed several L. albicans (no subspecies) as well in the same area. Unfortunately, I can't find the sightings since we no longer have the map tool.

The ACT Plant Census lists only the species L. albicans but the Hoary Sunray Conservation Advice https://www.legislation.act.gov.au/NI/2024-254/ is for L. albicans subsp. tricolor as a threatened species. The conservation advice mentions Mt Majura and Hackett but the map is too small to help with individual sites.

Hi Mike the census is reviewed only now and then; there are a number of species which are not listed or listed with the old names including the old genus names. From what I remember Emma Cook ONC and perhaps Rosemary Purdy id-ed the subspecies but without a map its hard to say. I have piles of photo from years ago which I took with my old camera that has no GPS function - so I didn't bother to load them up on CNM when the platform started. Most Photos were from the north slope and from 2005 and intended to show abundance.
