A March Fly at STEP. Assumed to be a male based upon there being no space between the eyes, and on the development of the proboscis. To the top left of the final image there are two parasitic wasps on a flower searching for prey, as shown in following sighting 4706234. At macro levels it's always worth looking for the image within the image.
