I originally thought Erodium crinitum as it was the only blue flowered Erodium I knew, but the plants and flowers were so small and they were so common that I felt I was mistaken. Bonsai version.

The foliage is that of E.brachycarpum. As for the blue flowers, I don't actually know

@MichaelMulvaney has identified blue-flowered Erodium brachycarpum (Heronsbill) and I think other blue-flowered Erodium sightings re also E. brachycarpum. The native E. crinitum is much taller, but I haven't seen any this season.
