Looks like G. rosmarinifolia flower, but leaves are very long. Another hybrid perhaps? Possibly planted.

Yes not a local Grevillea leaves look like those of Grevillea raybrownii - but flowers aren't right for this species

Doesn't look like G.raybrownii to me, I've seen that one in the southern Highlands I think. Genus level is fine I reckon

Leaves are similar to G.longistyla or G.johnsonii ? Not that it really matters as it's not a local and likely to be a garden escapee.

Yes I think those will be good contenders. Could be a straight specimen, garden cultivar or hybrid
