Hi Nate,
I don't think this is in the Geophilomorpha (Order) as they are very elongated centipedes, usually very skinny and yellowish. I'm pretty sure this is either a blind centipede (Cryptops sp. (genus)) or a stone centipede Lithobiomorpha (order) due its short length and few segments.

I was at lunch and did a quick skim through when I saw this, cheers for picking up on it.

Cryptops is a Scolopendromorph, whole Lithobius and Henicops are Lithobiomorphs on the other hand.

I do agree it isn't Geophilomorpha, instead a Lithobiomorph, but not Cryptops.

I would be happy to discuss this further
