It's definitely not Indigofera australis, as the plant in the photo has alternate leaves (cf Indigofera, which has compound leaves with opposite leaflets), but I'm not sure what it is - sorry!

Was wondering about Phyllanthus actually

Yeah does look like one of the species of the genus Phyllanthus .

Looking closely into this first photograph some small flowers' buds show off pedicels hanging down from between the axils of the leaves .
