User's notes

Unsure what this is. White fungus-like substance on purple wire grass (Aristida ramosa). It was on 2 nearby plants. Scroll to the top of the picture and you can just see a seedhead of the grass. Have added a zoomed in picture of the seed head. My mobile camera obviously not good quality.
