Fox scats with seeds of rose fruits; we found many fox scats with rose hips / seeds in the vicinity which are not only a clear indication of a vivid fox population on Mt Majura but also of fruiting roses somewhere which can be 100's m away - volunteers removed roses in this part of Mt Majura nature reserve. The closest large fruiting roses are on the Fed Highway road verge / Valour Park entry (see for instance https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4640632) and on land, Block 578 which according to PCS signs is private lease and according to gov mapi nature reserve (pc overlay) (see for instance https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4640656 and the sign here: https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4638927).
