I considered Mesopherna palustris and Philobota argotoxa but I'm not convinced that it is either one of those although there are moth identified as Philobota argotoxa which are the same, I think, but I suspect the ID may not be correct. This conclusion is just based on other photos I found on ALA which seem to have distinguishing features that this moth does not have.

Tineidae with those upturned palps ?

Mesopherna palustris looks likely to me. It's in Tineidae,

I agree that Mesopherna palustris looks very similar but Don is right that this specimen has upturned palpi so it can't be a Tineidae :-(

Philobtaa argotoxa is at least close, but there are other similar Philobota, both named and unnamed.

The white band doesn't appear turn down toward the outer forewing as you'd expect with P. argotoxa and other Philobota spp. A shot from a lower point from the side might be revealing.

A Palimmeces (genus) species perhaps?

Three species in Palimmeces on BOLD are brown with a white stripe.
