Only a few records of this species visible online (5 or less); but there is a reasonable match. Known from the local area in SE NSW, near the ACT. .

It could be. The thorax pattern would seem to fit. Looking closely at Prepalla (genus) on BOLD 4, one or two of thre un-named Prepalla spp. looked most similar to me.

OK, on a second look, based on the second photo for this ALA record it could be P. neurotenes, but our specimen is fainter in colouration:-

The BOLD (Hobern) specimens of P.neurotenes are less strongly marked.
