User's notes

Moth flew into a container just after I rinsed it. Was held by the water but grabbed onto a little stick I offered and dropped onto the sunny grass and instantly burrowed in. Appears to be a bronze colour with muted markings.

Also appears to have a long extended ‘nose’. Perhaps a Snout Moth.
