Wow! Thank you Wendy. That is definitely it - Pherechoa crypsichlora :-) The sightings on iNat are a bit further North but it is the same moth.

Fascia boundary lines a good match to Pherechoa crypsichlora, but its pale patches are a worry. I think it looks more like BOLD Pherechoa sp. ANIC3 [2].
