User's notes

Believed to be E. viminalis, but local arborist said it didn't look like one plus it looks different from another E. viminalis in the yard. No flowers or capsules at the moment. Sheds bark but not in long ribbons. Strange-looking curly leaves growing at ends of twigs. E. viminalis is the best match of the Eucalypts known to be local to this area.

A twig fell off today. It had a single seed capsule on the stem (no sign of there having been a cluster of seed capsules) from last year, and a few flower buds which were in pairs.
