Fleshy radiating stems thick leaves and very small yellow flowers. more of a ground cover plant.

Thank you for the ID. Confusing as an edible weed for humans but toxic to dogs. Some debate as to being Australian or imported nuisance. It does appear to be prolific spreading along the edge of the roadway. Will try to restrain growth but they do seem to be good at spreading. Our Landcare Group has a planted site close by and we are considering starting to plant native edibles but maybe not this one.

for a very long time .
