Not sure on the name of this one, either a Perenniporia or Truncospora species. Name changes since DNA sequencing make it difficult for amateurs to keep up. If possible, next time can you try to obtain an image of the lower surface also - this will assist with ID's. I suspect that this one has a pored under-surface which is composed of very fine pores, but would be great to see.
