Focussing on the insect the Dusky Woodswallow was feeding the babies. iNaturalist wasn't very helpful with suggestions.

Chrysopogon muelleri is a pretty good match but Thereutria amaraca may be a possibility @GregD

T. amaraca lacks yellow on the tergites, has yellow/white tibiae and is less than half the size of C. muelleri. @MichaelMulvaney
