In grassy woodland overgrowing a gully; this infestation of Blackberry, a Weed of National Significance has been reported a number of times in the past; Friends of Mt Maura suggested foliage spray, monitoring, follow-ups, and perhaps planting / direct seeding of natives when monitoring reveals little regrowth. Difficult to work area and certainly beyond volunteer capacity. The likely source of the Blackberry infestations in the reserve are over the Fed highway, see for instance https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4392261 with comments.
