A 'thoughtful resident' looks to have taken cuttings from a large plant at their back fence and planted a line in the open space beside the belco trunk sewer behind their home. Need to be removed asap and the resident informed about the environmental risk of cultivating this pest, and that introducing species like this into Canberra's open spaces is not allowed.
