Possibly Encyrtidae. The genus Fulgoridicida attack eggs of Eurybrachidae (Naumann, I.D. 1991. Hymenoptera, Chapter 42 in 'Insects of Australia', 2nd ed.)

Thanks Kim, I can’t find a good image of Fulgoridicida, I based my tenuous suggestion on this ALA record, https://biocache.ala.org.au/occurrences/4a4e0993-793a-42eb-affd-ade0cabb188c
