Unsure what this behaviour was as I haven't seen it before. The wasp was sighted flying amongst the Cork Oaks and landed on a twig. It then worked its way along the twig and appeared to deposit water drops or stomach contents along the twig before flying off and not returning. Possibly water drops if it was a Potter wasp.
