Eulechria convictella lacks the pink tinge, the spots around the apex and termen are different, lacks 3 thorn/triangle dark marks along costa. I'd say a Garrha sp

I'm not convinced it's Garrha. I couldn't find a convincing match to the dot pattern. Costa seems straighter, not like the smoothly convex costa of most Garrha.
