Etiella chrysoporella ?

Certainly fits Etiella (genus). And of the commonly observed spp. in the genus E. chrysoporella that species seems to be most widespread. E. chrysoporella has a longitudinally brownish marking on the forewing as seen here (as does E. behri it seems), but there seems to be less brown on the forewing here than in many examples of the species seen online. This observation
Etiella behrii (Lucerne Seed Web Moth)
identified as E. behri is quite similar.

I thought that E. behri had only a murky yellow subcostal forewing line, unlike E. chrysoporella which has a clean yellow line?

In this sighting the yellow/brown subcostal forewing line is not clean but is interrupted with a dark spot/s, a feature which seems to be lacking in E. chrysoporella elsewhere, , see here
https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/557424-Etiella-chrysoporella/browse_photos
And this sighting is quite pale speckled grey on the rest of the forewing, whereas E. chrysoporella sightings (iNaturalist, above) show extra brown/yellow markings on the forewing.
I think this sighting is much like this one on BOLD (Hobern) classified as E. behri.
