I don't believe this is Garrha atripunctatella but I think it matches specimens that I have seen for Prionocris protoxantha well. It was a relatively small moth for this shape moth. I think about 12mm but as always my judgement as to size is not to be trusted.

Both are variable, so we may not be able to decide from this one photo.
I thought Prionocris protoxantha had fewer dark spots than this.

I suggest it's not Prionocris protoxantha because the four near 'in line spots' are not as widely divergent here as they are in that species seen online elsewhere. It has slightly barred antennae, so Garrha (genus) can't be ruled out. And i think forewing dot pattern matches G. atripunctatella quite well.
