I struggled to get good images of this individual. Probably not good enough for an ID.

The only moths with medial forewing yellow bands that I know are in Etiella, but have long porect palps. Bit of a puzzle.

There would appear to be other possibilities in Phycitinae subfamily. eg. Hypergyria (genus), Copamyntis (genus).
