I thought this was a cockroach but I found it and a couple of others on a tree. The images aren't very good as it wouldn't stay still but I'd really just like to know if it's a pest or if I can ignore it.

Immature native cockroach, quite harmless, active during the day, they feed on pollen, honeydew and moulds.

Thank you, I don't think I've ever seen one before and the tree itself had self-seeded only a year or so ago.
