planted along the edge / slope of the drainage line gully as part of the restoration project to replace weeds particularly Chilean needle grass, Paspalum, Phalaris, Ivy and Japanese honeysuckle. Cut along with all native grasses that we direct seeded (Slender Speargrass, Red leg grass) we hoped thay can flower set seed and spread but no.... in my view Dianellas etc are less a fire problem than curing Phalaris etc....
