Leaf margins would be entire for Pilosela, but flower head is unusual for Hypochaeris, which is what I would usually call this. Still could be?

Thank you for your time @Csteele4! Could it just be young/unformed? I wasn't sure what to do so I just pulled the flower head off and left leaves in case it wasn't a naughty plant- I am such an amateur I don't like to pull plants out unless I am sure. I can go remove the rest next week if need be.
