I cannot see any upturned palps, but to me the posture looks like Oecophoridae not Tineidae ?

I don't see the blackish collar of E. ochracea. Looks somewhat like Prepocosma innocens. maybe there are palps held close to the front of the head.

A lot of the Prepocosma species illustrated on BOLD have with few markings, rather like this specimen.
