Could this male? Have flown in through the fence from the Lawson grassland. Any thoughts

My guess would be male, seemed to have strayed from it's usual area. Just uploaded another sighting where there were well over a dozen outside of the fenced off Defence area. Perfect timing for Lawson Stage 2 to come through and demolish the area.
