Yes, this was the moth species i also thought was most similar, but I did not find live photos of the species which closely matched these excellent photos. The thorax 'collar' seems distinctively different in P. illuta in most cases, but it is variable in our examples for this region.

I agree that there is a similarity but I don't think that's it. It was holding its wings almost flat all the time which does not match.
