I don't think Pempsamacra pygmaea fits. On this specimen the light spot on the elytra is larger and on the inside of the elytra when closed so it should look as one large light spot on the beetle with closed wings. Also Pempsamacra pygmaea seems to have a light segment on the antennae which this beetle does not.
