Fairly imdistinct, probably Olethreuitnae subfamily. perhaps Lobesia (genus).

I think the shape of the forewing medial band matches that of C. intractana better.

According to ADF Capua hemicosmana and Tarachota hemicosmana are synomyms. T. hemicosmana is recognised by the AFD as a valid species.
