User's notes

3 feral pigs feeding on pasture in broad daylight. Think dark brown male pied female and well grown tan brown piglet. Prevented my continuing on my walk. Thanks

Hi Netteso, I have met quite a few pigs in the bush. Every one wanted to run away. Even sows whose piglets I managed to grab. I suspect the reputation of feral pigs for attacking people is probably 99% testosterone-fuelled BS, just like snakes. But if you try to pick them up or cuddle them, in both cases they may bite severely.

Thanks for the info. Not much chance of my trying to pick one up.
