The fruitbodies with blackish ‘crusts’ in your last photo are intriguing. As soon as I saw that photo, I was reminded of Earliella scabrosa which I’ve seen in the tropics. The upper surface starts of white(ish) but a redd(ish) crust develops. It starts near the point of attachment to the wood and then grows outward. Your other photos show normal-looking Truncosporas.
