Possible hybrid but confirmed so far as Blakely's Red Gum because of fruits and flowers, see Eucalyptus blakelyi (Blakely's Red Gum)

I reviewed the ACT Plant Census https://www.cpbr.gov.au/cpbr/ACT-census/vascular.html and no recognised E.blakelyi hybrids. Cross checked with Dean Nicolle's Native Eucalypts of Victoria and Tasmania - South-eastern Australia, and no mention of hybrids with E.blakelyi there either. No mention of intergrades either.
