Thanks to Barbara for the initial sighting of this insect. Close inspection shows that it is most likely the same insect recorded by @MarkT under sighting 4571518. If it is, then it doesn't appear to have moved over the past few weeks, so I've listed it as 'Deceased' for now. Unsure what this is, so 'Scale insect/Mealybug' is a guess based on body shape. Possibly an Isopod of some sort?

@TimL I don't think it's a scale insect. Would need to see the venter (underside) for a clearer idea of what it is.
