Suggest Pulveroboletus sp. Yellow bolete staining blue with distinctive red on cap typical of this genus

Will be writing up a description for this genus shortly.

Do you or do know someone with a collecting licence that could collect a sample of this species next time it shows its self. The sample would have to be dried, placed in an herbarium and processed.
