Looks like these fungi might be an Armillaria sp. But just look at the white spores or are the fungi being invaded by the parasitic Hypomyces?!!

I'd opt for spores rather than Hypomyces, given the white deposit on the upper side of the annulus (but nowhere else on the underside) and also on the grass blades.
