aquatic beetle larvae or a megaloperan eg helgramite or dobson fly larvae. it appears to only have 3 pairs of legs and no major gills so probably a beetle larvae

@EmmaCollins it could be - depends on size and structure of the rear foot or claspers. That needs a really good picture.
