Thanks for the Cerambycid ID @WendyEM - I subsequently posted the photos on the Australasian Beetles Facebook page and it is being suggested this is either an Agrianome spinicollis or a Phoracantha sp. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1180404322409639/posts/1878415482608516
