Eh, i don't love the suggestion. But if the leaves the same plant as the flower than it isn't any craspedia I know. This is despite the fact that the flower doesn't really look like Leptorhynchos

Added photo which clearly shows stem and leaves. Flowers were about 10-12mm across. I just assumed some sort of billy button.

Upon review I suspect the leaf shape indicates scaly buttons
