A.scoparia tends to be montane or higher, A.conferta is the default lowland species. The two do intergrade though, i've seen them growing next to each other around Tidbinbilla

@Tapirlord fair call, this was just a lot more "leggy" than I usually see in conferta. I 100% trust your judgement and knowledge, though!

I agree, A.conferta does tend to be more compact. I'd probably blame that on it being late in the season
