I don't see the pointed wings as in the LBH photo. Not sure about the palps.

True Tortricidae ? It looks very worn : most of the wing pattern may have been lost.

I think the head is pale brown, unlike Standishana concolorana. Female Epiphyas caryotis looks close, if the cell dark dots have been worn off, but might be a bit big ?
