User's notes

This is the same site as sighting 4555687. I had thought these plants were too young to ID at the time. I had forgotten how long ago this was, but I'm glad I went back. I remember seeing plants that were just sprouting from prothalli, although I wasn't able to photograph these. Many were probably Polystichum which was already growing well. Cheilanthes can also be seen. The site is very sheltered which must have helped them to survive.
