I'm not sure this is P. monostropha. Examples of that species on the ALA seem to show a dark costa. This moth (first image) is white along the costa.

Several Phytotrypa species have a pale line along the costa ?

Yes, they do, but haven't seen one that matches well yet. This moth seems to show a dark çollar'at the thorax (second image).
